We work hard to ship orders quickly and economically, so that you can enjoy your order as quickly as possible with the lowest shipping rates. Shipping rates are based upon the total weight & volume of your order, as well as the distance to the destination.
Upon order placement, your order will be expertly packaged in our Los Angeles warehouse. Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
- Small parcels are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
- For bulk or wholesale orders within the Los Angeles area, we ship via our own fleet of trucks. Local deliveries may be eligible for free delivery on a minimum order basis.
- For bulk or wholesale orders outside of Los Angeles, we ship via a common carrier. For all orders shipped via a common carrier, delivered pricing will be determined by quantity ordered and destination.

If you would like to make an exchange or return an unopened product, please contact our customer service team at +1 (310) 769-5939 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept products that have been opened or used. Items may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return has been approved, it will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please clearly label the outside of the return shipping box with the RMA number provided. Returns made without prior approval will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
Please note: You will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse.
Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which the product was originally purchased.
If the item being refunded was shipped for free and is not considered damaged or faulty, refunds will be issued less the amount of our cost to ship the product.
