How To Use Epsom Salt
Directions for Use:
Dissolve two cups of Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes. For best results, maintain bath water at a warm temperature of 101–103 °F (39 °C) — not hot — to support effective absorption. Excessive heat may cause the skin to release rather than absorb minerals.
Important Information:
Epsom salt is generally recognized as safe for topical use and may also be used internally under proper guidance. We recommend this product primarily for external use. If considering use for digestive health, consult your physician for correct dosage. While Epsom salt is commonly used to support chronic skin conditions, seek medical advice to ensure suitability before use.
