Refund policy
USA SHIPPING
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Big sales and the holiday season can slow us down, but our amazing shipping team works hard to get orders from our factory and to your door as fast as they can. Your order will be shipped once it is processed, and you will receive tracking details upon shipment. For orders over $50, shipping is FREE. Expedited service is available at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We carefully pack every order, but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please report it to us by emailing support@lasaltco.com within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days from the delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For delivery outside of the US, shipping fees and timeframes will be calculated at check-out based on the delivery address provided.
CANCELLATIONS
Please email us at support@lasaltco.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not been processed or shipped.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All of our products are made in small batches and hand-packaged with care to ensure the utmost quality. We hope that you will love our products and appreciate the care we have put into our formulas. We understand that sometimes things do not work out, and we want you to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to help you return or exchange your items within 14 days of the date the order was delivered.
We provide refunds for orders purchased on www.lasaltco.com only. If you purchased LA SALT CO from one of our authorized retailers, please reach out to them for assistance with your return.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Sets or collections must be returned in their entirety. Special orders and sale items are excluded. Items may be exchanged only if they are defective or damaged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, accessories, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, some health and personal care items, wholesale ingredients such as 50-55 lb bags of bulk salt, citric acid, hydrogen peroxide, or spa supplies. All wholesale ingredients and products listed in our spa supplies collection are FINAL SALE.
Approved refunds will be issued in the same form of payment in which the product was originally purchased. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges to send the product back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item being refunded was shipped for free and is not considered damaged or faulty, refunds will be issued less the amount of our cost to ship the product.
INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please email us at support@lasaltco.com with your complete order details.
Once your return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label. Be sure to remove all previous shipping labels from the original package and attach the new return label clearly. Please note that returns made without prior approval will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.
When returning an item, package it securely and include a copy of your original order. Retain a record of your return method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please note that shipping costs and return freight charges are non-refundable.
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
REFUSING A SHIPMENT
Shipments that are refused by the customer will be issued a refund for the amount of items in the order, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer and/or LA SALT CO. These fees include, but are not limited to, any costs incurred to ship the order to the customer, and the shipping company's costs to ship the order back to LA SALT CO. Please note that refunds will only be issued once the refused shipment has been received by LA SALT CO. If the total shipping costs incurred by LA SALT CO are greater than the amount paid for the product(s), you will not receive a refund.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. Promotional Discount Policy
At LA SALT CO, we’re pleased to offer promotional discounts on a wide range of retail products to provide our customers with added value. Please note the following guidelines regarding the eligibility of items for promotional discounts:
Retail Products: Promotional discounts apply exclusively to items within our retail product line. This includes individual and consumer-sized products available for direct, personal use.
Spa Supplies Collection & Bulk Items: Promotional discounts do not apply to items within our Spa Supplies collection, including bulk bags of salts, such as Zechstein magnesium chloride and other bulk or professional-grade products such as Hydrogen Peroxide 35%. These items are priced specifically for spa and wholesale usage.
