Unfortunately there is no organic certification for salt in the United States because the USDA classifies salt as a mineral, not an organic compound. LA SALT CO is proud to say that all of the salts we carry are all-natural, which complies with organic standards. This means that our salts may be deemed organic compliant.
Salt does not expire. However, we recommend storing salt in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Yes, it is perfectly safe to indulge in a therapeutic sea salt bath every day. Relax & unwind, your body will thank you!
The minerals in sea salt are absorbed through the skin when soaking in bath salts. These minerals help to detoxify the body, uplift mood & energy levels, promote muscle relaxation, and ease skin conditions. They also help to exfoliate the skin, leaving a soft supple finish. Regular use of sea salt baths has been proven to significantly reduce stress levels.
Our signature bath bombs and salt soaks are blended with safe, non-toxic, cruelty-free and ethically sourced plant-based ingredients. They are scented with pure essential oils, and the soft color that results in the bath is a result of the natural minerals & plant-based ingredients in each product. Absolutely no synthetic fragrances, colors, dyes, parabens, nor harsh chemicals are used.
We recommend that you consult your physician prior to taking a bath or using bath salts while pregnant or breastfeeding. Since our signature salt soaks are blended with essential oils, it is highly advised that you speak with your physician of the risks and benefits of these while pregnant or breastfeeding.
We recommend storing our products in an airtight container or bag, out of direct sunlight & moisture.
We recommend doing a small patch test when trying a new product. To check if you are allergic, simply soak a small part of your body in a mixture of the bath salt and water for a few minutes. If any irritation occurs, immediately stop use of the product and rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. For bath bombs, break a small piece of the bath bomb and follow the same instructions as above.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for orders placed online, over the phone, or by email. For online orders, we also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Paypal.
Enter your promo code in the “Gift card or Discount” box at checkout. Promo codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed or applied to a previous purchase, cannot be combined in one order, and in most cases, they may only be used once. Promo codes have no cash value.

Gift cards may be redeemed in the check-out process by entering the gift card code in the “Gift card or Discount” box.
Yes, we offer convenient customer pickup at our Los Angeles warehouse. Please let our team know upon order placement if you would prefer to pickup.
Oh no! Sorry to hear that. Email us at support@lasaltco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) that is damaged, incorrect or missing and we will be happy to assist you ASAP. *After 7 days from the delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, incorrect or missing items.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped once it is processed and you will receive tracking details upon shipment.

Returns
Please view our return policy here
Shipments that are refused by the customer will be issued a refund for the amount of items in the order, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer and/or Los Angeles Salt Company. These fees include, but are not limited to, any costs incurred to ship the order to the customer, and the shipping company's costs to ship the order back to Los Angeles Salt Company. Please note that refunds will only be issued once the refused shipment has been received by Los Angeles Salt Company. If the total shipping costs incurred by Los Angeles Salt Company is greater than the amount paid for the product(s), you will not receive a refund.
Please email us at support@lasaltco.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not been processed or shipped.
We provide refunds for orders purchased on lasaltco.com only. If you purchased LA SALT CO from one of our authorized retailers, please reach out to them for assistance with your return.
The full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a week of receiving the return back - no action is required on your end! We’ll send you an email to let you know when the refund is on its way. Please note it can take several days for the refund to be reflected on your account statement.
