How To Use Epsom Salt

Pour two cups of Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes. Bath water should feel warm (101 –103 °F (39 °C)), not hot, for effective results & maximum absorption. Hot water causes the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
