How to use Gua Sha Stainless Steel

Move to the face, using the notched side along the chin and jawline with gentle, upward motions. Follow the natural contours of your cheeks and forehead, moving outward toward the hairline. To relieve tension, press the tool's corners on pressure points like the jaw, temples, and cheekbones.
