Orders over 5 bags not eligible for Free Shipping.
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped once it is processed and you will receive tracking details upon shipment. For orders over $50, shipping is FREE. Expedited service is available at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We carefully pack every order but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item please report it to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days from the delivery date, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, incorrect or missing items.
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not been processed or shipped. For hazmat items, orders begin electronically processing upon receipt. Modifications are not possible once order has been submitted.
Spa supplies, bulk ingredients, bulk bags of salt, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for returns.
REFUSING A SHIPMENT
Shipments that are refused by the customer will be issued a refund for the amount of items in the order, minus any shipping costs paid by the customer and/or Los Angeles Salt Company. These fees include, but are not limited to, any costs incurred to ship the order to the customer, and the shipping company's costs to ship the order back to Los Angeles Salt Company. Please note that refunds will only be issued once the refused shipment has been received by Los Angeles Salt Company. If the total shipping costs incurred by Los Angeles Salt Company is greater than the amount paid for the product(s), you will not receive a refund.
