How To Use 1400 Below® Dead Sea Salt
Bath Temperature:
For best results, bath water should be warm (101–103 °F / 39 °C), not hot. Excessive heat can cause the skin to release minerals rather than absorb them.
Therapeutic Bath: Incorporate into your weekly self-care ritual by adding a few handfuls of Dead Sea Salt to a warm bath. This mineral-rich soak helps nurture the skin, flush out toxins, ease irritation, and deliver the holistic healing qualities of the Dead Sea.
Relief for Psoriasis & Eczema: For natural relief, dissolve 2 cups of Dead Sea Salt in a warm bath and soak affected areas for 20 minutes.
DIY Body Scrub: Combine a handful of Dead Sea Salt with a few pumps of our Isla Bonita Body Glow Oil and gently massage onto damp skin for a nourishing, tropical-scented exfoliation.
Pro Tip: Create a personalized aromatherapy bath by adding 1–2 cups of Dead Sea Salt along with a bath bomb or your favorite salt soak. For deep hydration, mix with a handful of our Pink Sand Coco Soak.
Storage & Handling: Due to the natural properties of salt, some moisture is normal. Best used shortly after opening. Reseal the bag/jar after each use and store in a cool, dry place away from humidity.
