Dead Sea Magnesium Oil is pure, natural, filtered dead sea water imported directly from the Dead Sea. It contains no additives or preservatives.
Dead Sea Magnesium Oil Ingredients: Maris Aqua (Pure & Natural Dead Sea Water from the Dead Sea)
One ounce of 1400 Below® Dead Sea Magnesium Oil contains approximately 2.1 grams of elemental magnesium.

Dead Sea Mud Powder: Mix equal parts 1400 Below® Dead Sea Mud Powder with water in a bowl until a smooth paste forms. Apply a thin layer to your face or a thicker layer to your body, avoiding eyes and lips. Leave on for 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin or 15-20 minutes for normal to oily skin. Rinse with warm water in circular motions and pat dry. Moisturize afterward. Use once or twice a week.
Dead Sea Magnesium Oil:
- Apply to clean, dry skin, avoiding sensitive areas and mucous membranes.
- For optimal absorption, generously apply to larger areas such as the torso, legs, and arms.
- Initial mild itching or stinging may occur, but should subside as the oil is absorbed.
- The oil is water-soluble and can be diluted with pure water for a lighter application. We suggest starting with a 1:1 ratio, but it can be further diluted if desired.
- Leave the oil on for 20 minutes before rinsing or wiping off, if preferred.
- No rinsing is necessary unless discomfort arises from natural salt residue on the skin.
